What's the difference between the two packages?

With bookkeeping support, we do your books for you every month. Accounting coaching is a one-time 1-hour video session that sets you up to do your own books, plus 30 days of email help afterward.

Who can use TallyPip Experts?

Experts help is for paying TallyPip customers. Once your business has an active subscription, you can request help from the Experts page inside the app.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. Subscribers get a free 30-minute intro call where we learn about your business and help you pick the right option. You only pay for a package if you go ahead.

Who are the experts?

TallyPip Experts are bookkeepers and accountants from our partner accounting firm, trained on TallyPip.

How is the bookkeeping price set?

Bookkeeping support is $99/month for up to 100 transactions a month, which covers most small businesses. If you have more, we'll give you a custom quote on your free call before you commit to anything.

Is the TallyPip software included?

Bookkeeping support includes the software. Coaching clients use TallyPip at the regular $9.99/month.

Can I cancel?

Bookkeeping support is month to month with no contract, so cancel anytime and keep your books. Coaching is a one-time fee, so there's nothing to cancel.

Do you file taxes?

Tax filing isn't included in these packages. Your coach or bookkeeper can get your books tax-ready and point you to the right help.
