Transfers between your own accounts
Moving money to savings or paying your credit card isn't income or an expense.
A transfer shows up on both statements: out of checking and into savings, or out of checking and onto the card. It should be recorded once.
When both sides are in Pending, TallyPip offers Record transfer, which links them to one entry. If you already recorded one side, the other shows Match.
You can also record a transfer by hand (Create › Transfer) and match the bank lines to it later. Money you put in from outside (like a loan or your own money) is a Bank deposit (Create › Bank deposit).
